Linklaters launches new eDiscovery service
Linklaters today announces the launch of its new global eDiscovery service, leveraging a new, advanced technology platform - Servient. This will be managed in-house and will deliver an efficient and seamless end to end service from document ingestion through to production.
Linklaters eDiscovery will provide substantial cost savings for clients as well as significant matter efficiencies. For example, embedded within matters, the specialist eDiscovery team has a deep involvement from the outset, ensuring the most tailored response based on an in-depth understanding of client requirements. This collaborative and innovative approach to eDiscovery marries the firm’s legal and technology expertise to deliver the best value to clients.
As well as high speed processing capabilities and advanced search functionality, Servient incorporates ‘Continuous Active Learning’, which identifies documents that are most likely to be relevant as a review progresses, helping to prioritise and expedite matters. It is built and engineered using leading edge Spark and elastic, web-scale technologies to leverage the benefits of cloud computing and provides instant scaleability and global accessability.
