Linklaters hires new head of Tax Practice in Italy

Linklaters is pleased to announce that Roberto Egori will be joining the Italy office as partner and practice head for Tax. Roberto will lead the Italian tax team of Linklaters and will focus on advising clients on domestic and cross-border structured finance transactions, mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance deals, capital market transactions, private equity, real estate as well as pure tax-led mandates.

Roberto Egori joins from Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer where he was partner in the Milan tax practice.
