Global Head of Pricing, London
Peter Sawko is the Global Head of Pricing, responsible for working with partners, lawyers and Business Teams colleagues to shape and lead the firm’s Pricing strategy, to promote and embed the firm’s pricing tools and policies, and to provide advice and support to help ensure that the firm has a consistent, commercial and professional approach to pricing across the network. The Pricing team also have responsible for managing and administering Global Client Fee Deals which account for a sizeable proportion of the Firm’s income.
Up until 2019, Peter was the Global Banking Business Manager, a role that spanned both the strategic and operational aspects of one of the Firm’s largest practice groups. Peter had also been Global Business Manager for other practice groups in Linklaters before taking responsibility for Banking in 2009.
Peter has been heavily involved in developing pricing capability over a number of years in Linklaters prior to taking this role on full time, having previously had pricing responsibility for Ford of Europe for the German and Nordic markets and for Pilkington Glass for Central & Eastern Europe.
