Anand advises on all aspects of EU and UK competition law, including merger control, cartel investigations, abuse of dominance and antitrust compliance issues. His practice covers a range of business sectors, including the pharmaceutical, energy, sport, chemicals and TMT industries.

Anand is a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England & Wales and is admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in Ireland.

Education and qualifications

Anand studied Jurisprudence at the University of Oxford and holds a Postgraduate Diploma in EU Competition Law from King’s College London. He is currently studying for a Postgraduate Certificate in Sports Law at De Montfort University.
