Lucille is a Paris based Tax associate who advises on transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, private equity, real estate tax, investment funds structuring, project finance and capital markets.

Lucille has advised on the tax aspects of major transactions. These include advising:
- Tenergie SAS on the investment by the Caisse des dépôts et consignations (CDC) through the Banque des Territoires, a leading French public financial institution, into Terres d'Energie
- Silgan Holdings Inc. (Nasdaq:SLGN), a leading supplier of rigid packaging for consumer goods products, on the proposed acquisition of Albea’s dispensing business for $900 million
- The refinancing for Ventient Energy Europe FinCo S.A R.L., a Luxembourg subsidiary of J.P. Morgan Investment Management
Education and Qualifications
Lucille holds a Master in Management from HEC Paris, as well as a Master 2 in International Taxation from Panthéon Assas.
