Experience

Tom has been with Linklaters since 2010. He has acquired experience in advising the firm’s clients on various contentious and non-contentious commercial law matters involving in particular intellectual property, including in relation to patents, trade marks, copyright, corporate and trade names and market practices. Tom also has expertise in drafting agreements relating to all aspects of intellectual property and more generally, commercial law (agency, distribution, terms and conditions, etc.). Till 2018, Tom worked as a part-time teaching assistant (“praktijkassistent”) at the Catholic University of Leuven.
