The EU-UK Trade and Cooperation Agreement provides a solid structure for future cooperation but will require careful scrutiny. The end of the Brexit transition period will still mean many changes for businesses from January 2021. The review and termination provisions of the Agreement mean that discussions about the EU and the UK’s relationship will continue for the foreseeable future.
