Luxembourg - How to make the most of electronic signatures

In the context of the Coronavirus outbreak, unprecedented measures have been announced by an increasing number of governments, amongst which there is the recommendation (or even the obligation) to work from home, with often limited access to printing and scanning. Contingency planning is however not incompatible with business continuity thanks to various telecommunication means, including electronic signatures, which enables the executing of agreements whilst avoiding face-to-face meetings.
