Call for companies to embrace videos for reports and meetings

A new report from the FRC's Financial Reporting Lab encourages FTSE 350 companies to use video effectively as one of the means for communicating with their investors and other stakeholders, for example, in relation to transactions and corporate results. The report also reiterates the FRC's view (expressed in its recent report on 2020 AGMs), that listed companies should make better use of technology, including video, to support company meetings.
