Labor reform: Key aspects

Royal Decree-Law 32/2021, of 28 December, on urgent measures for the labour reform, the guarantee of employment stability and transformation of the labour market ("RD-law 32/2021"), changes the legal framework of fixed-term contracts, collective bargaining and provides for certain flexibilization measures aimed to create a new regulatory framework. Nevertheless, RD-law 32/2021 does not bring changes to other key aspects of the 2012 labour reform.
