FRC’s strategic report guidance updated for climate-related disclosures

The Financial Reporting Council has updated its Guidance on the Strategic Report to incorporate the new climate-related financial disclosures which apply in respect of financial years starting from 6 April 2022 onwards. The Guidance has also been updated for other changes in legislation since it was last updated in 2018.
