New Takeover Panel Bulletin – calculation of the value of a takeover offer

The financial adviser to a bidder in a Takeover Code-governed offer is required to include the calculation of the value of the offer when it sends the offer document checklist to the Takeover Panel. Panel Bulletin 4 has been published which reminds financial advisers what should be included in the calculation.
