Energy Decree in Italy
The Parliament has recently approved Law No. 34 of 27 April 2022, converting into law and amending Law Decree No. 7/2022 (“Energy Decree”).
The Energy Decree was aimed at, inter alia, streamlining authorisation procedures for the development of plants powered by renewable energy sources to achieve the ambitious European and National energy environmental targets for 2030 and 2050.
