Takeover Code changes to chain principle bids and bidder floor price

Changes to the Takeover Code will take effect from 13 June 2022. These include amendments to the tests for chain principle bids and the requirement for a possible offer announcement to include a possible bidder's floor price,. All the changes proposed by the Takeover Panel in its consultation have been adopted with some minor modifications.
