The Parker Review 2023 – New targets for ethnic diversity in UK companies

The Parker Review, which was set up to work towards greater ethnic diversity in UK businesses, published its latest report on 13 March 2023. 

As well as providing data on progress, the report sets out extended targets which go beyond board level and beyond listed companies and aim to further enhance the performance of business and the opportunities of ethnic minorities.
