Unlocking the Stablecoin Potential: MAS Unveils Stablecoin Regulatory Framework

The MAS has finalised and announced a new regulatory framework for stablecoins that seeks to ensure a high degree of value stability for stablecoins regulated in Singapore. This framework takes into account feedback received, following MAS’ consultation in late 2022 on the proposed regulatory approach for stablecoin-related activities.
