Into 2024 with some reflections on leadership

Happy New Year!

According to the Chinese Zodiac, 2024 will be a Year of the Dragon; personality traits popularly ascribed to people born in this year include “charisma, intelligence, ambition, energy and superb leadership.” It is perhaps more than usually appropriate that we begin the year on the alumni website with a leadership feature.
