David focuses on all aspects of restructuring and insolvency including dealing with distressed debt and assets and the achievement of resolution through consensual means and where necessary enforcement or formal proceedings. David’s clients have included creditors and debtors, banks and funds, directors and shareholders, receivers and liquidators. David has acted on some of the world’s largest restructurings and insolvencies and approaches all assignments, whether large or small, by seeking to achieve a resolution which preserves and recovers as much value as possible.
David is a partner based in Linklaters’ Hong Kong office who leads the firm’s Asia Pacific Restructuring and Insolvency practice. David works closely with all practice groups and offices and with the global Restructuring and Insolvency Group to deliver solutions suited to the needs of clients dealing with distressed situations.
