Marie-Christine joined Linklaters in February 2022 bringing experience from international law firms in France and Luxembourg.

Marie-Christine specialises in setting up Luxembourg UCITS, AIFs and ELTIFs, advising clients on investment eligibility under the UCITS and ELTIF frameworks. She also supports funds, fund managers, and other investment firms on regulatory matters, including licensing, financial regulations, and has been involved in several regulatory due diligences.

She is also involved in the Innovation Committee, where she works on finding and implementing new solutions to improve efficiency and client service. Marie-Christine enjoys staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies to keep the firm innovative and forward-thinking.

Education and qualifications

She holds a Master’s 2 degree in Banking and Financial Law from Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne University, an LL.M. in Business Law from Boston College Law School, and a Master’s 2 / double degree in French and Anglo-American Law – Paris West University Nanterre la Défense. 

She is fluent in English and French.

She was admitted to the bar of Luxembourg in 2016, to the Paris Bar in 2016 and to the New York State Bar in 2014.
