Transactions of significance where substantial involvement can be disclosed have included:

• The co-lead investors Altor, GIC, Hy24 and Just Climate on the c.€1.5bn private placement in H2 Green Steel
• The underwriting banks in relation to the IPO of EQT on Nasdaq Stockholm
• EQT on its takeover of Stendörren Fastigheter AB
• Triton on its acquisition of Ewellix from SKF Group
• Triton and KKR in connection with the sale to CVC Capital Partners of the Mehiläinen group, which provides social and healthcare services with high quality and customer-oriented approach almost everywhere in Finland
• Norwegian chemicals and materials group Elkem, in connection with its USD 1bn (NOK 7.27bn) IPO and listing on the Oslo Stock Exchange

Sophia studied at Uppsala University in Sweden where she obtained her double degree. Sophia holds a bachelor’s degree in business and economics and a Jur. kand, LL.M. Previous to this, Sophia studied law at Université de Paris II (Panthéon-Assas), France, and economics at San Diego State University, USA.

Sophia speaks Swedish, English and French.
