CreateiQ and ISDA Launch Certification Programme to Enhance Derivatives Contract Management on ISDA Create
Linklaters | CreateiQ has collaborated with the International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA) to introduce the ISDA Create Partnership Programme. This initiative aims to certify legal advisors and law firms in their proficiency with ISDA Create, the cutting-edge contract management platform for the derivatives industry.
The programme is designed to equip professional service firms with the essential skills and knowledge required to effectively draft, negotiate, and execute documents on behalf of their clients using ISDA Create. Leveraging the CreateiQ platform, a proprietary technology solution developed by Linklaters, ISDA Create is widely adopted by over 300 of the world's largest financial institutions, including six of the leading global banks.

To attain certification, law firms, professional service companies, and alternative legal providers must undergo interactive training sessions and pass a rigorous qualification test. The programme offers three certification tiers - Silver, Gold, and Platinum - based on the level of expertise demonstrated in utilising the ISDA Create platform.
Law firms, alternative legal service providers and implementation partners have all successfully completed the certification process, which is a testament to their commitment to high performance in derivatives contract management.
