The mobility sector – bringing all Linklaters’ expertise under one roof in pursuit of true connectivity

The mobility sector at Linklaters, founded just over 18 months ago, may be relatively new but its importance to clients in industries ranging from transport and logistics to satellite and space has seen it already become an emblem of the changing times in which we live. Through a global and multi-disciplinary group of lawyers with expertise in the issues that affect mobility in the broadest sense, mobility at Linklaters is underpinned by the global drive towards connectivity.

This month, on the alumni website we talk to three leading figures in the firm’s mobility leadership team – London-based Energy and Infrastructure partner Francesca Matthews, Daniel Pauly, head of TMT for Linklaters in Germany, and Hamburg-based Corporate partner Martina Farkas, who also serves as global co-Head of the transportation sector. They explain the genesis of the sector, its current importance and where it is likely to lead in the future.
