Annual Shareholders’ Meetings in 2022

The coronavirus outbreak has had an important impact on the organisation of Annual Shareholders’ Meetings (ASMs). In 2021, many companies opted for a hybrid meeting or a meeting behind closed doors, with or without a webcast retransmission.

With the further relaxation of the COVID-19 restrictions on (large) meetings, most of the exceptional rules and measures of the past two years are no longer available for the 2022 season.
